  • How it works: Collect 4 different types of bookmarks to redeem a reward.
  • The Reward: You can choose any product under $10 currently available on our website.
  • Substitute Card: If you received a card stating bookmarks ran out, it acts as a substitute for one (1) type. You only need 3 more types to complete your set.
  • Missing a card?: If your order was missing bookmarks but you didn't receive a substitute card, please DM or email us with your order number. We will register it for you manually.
  • How to claim: Once you have your set, let us know which item you'd like by sending us a Direct Message (DM) or leaving a Note in your next order.
  • Creative Bonus: You are welcome to draw on your bookmarks! Take a photo and send it to us via DM before your next order.

2. Shipping & Handling 📦

  • Standard Items: If your order does not contain pre-order items, it is typically shipped the next business day.
  • Fast Track: Orders placed in the morning are occasionally dispatched the same afternoon.
  • Pre-orders: Please refer to the specific shipping timeline listed on the individual product page.

3. Quality & Product Nature ✨

  • Manufacturing: Small dark spots, tiny surface air holes, or visible injection points are normal manufacturing phenomena and not considered defects.
  • Handmade Finishing: All painting and trimming are done by hand; minor imperfections or uneven edges are not eligible for after-sales service.
  • Consumable Items: Slow rebound toys are consumable items. Cracks, surface lines, or slight deformation may appear over time with normal use—these are not covered by after-sales.
  • Environmental Factors: Texture, softness, and rebound speed may vary depending on temperature and humidity.

4. After-Sales Policy ✉️

  • For Your Hygiene & Safety: Because our squishies are tactile emotional-support items that absorb skin oils and are meant for personal use, we cannot accept returns once an item has been shipped. This ensures that every customer receives a 100% brand-new, untouched companion.
  • HOWEVER, your happiness is our priority. If your item arrives with serious defects (like mold or major tears), contact us within 24 hours—we'll make it right!
